American ExpressGift cards can be purchased at www.nv-uboutique.com. These gift cards can be used to purchase merchandise in the store only. Gift card purchases are non-refundable and gift cards have no cash value.
Store credits issued at a NV-U store can not be redeemed online.
Sales Tax of 8% will be charged to all orders shipped
- Shipping
All merchandise is shipped by NV-U via USPS in the United States. We do not offer international shipping. The cost of shipping is a flat rate of $4.95 on all orders less than $150 and automatically added at checkout. Free shipping on all orders $150 or more.
Orders will ship within 48 hours pending availability and credit verification. Because many of our items have limited quantities, we may occasionally sell out of an item. If this happens, we will notify you via email. If an item is out of stock you will receive a refund for the full amount.
- Returns & Exchanges
All purchases are non-refundable. We will be happy to exchange or issue a store credit for merchandise unworn, unused and in original condition with all original tags attached. NV-U has the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that NV-U determines does not meet these requirements. We are not able to accept returns or exchanges on sale items. Returns and exchanges on all merchandise must be postmarked within 21 days of receipt. Merchandise that is purchased at www.nv-uboutique.com can be returned to NV-U, but the store's return policy will apply. NV-U Online is not able to process a return for merchandise that was purchased at NV-U store. Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable and you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with returning merchandise.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, please save the box and all of the packing material and email us at service@nv-uboutique.com immediately. We will let you know how to send it back to us at our cost, and we'll send you a replacement right away.
